About This Spot

Stepping into Anna Marie’s Italian Cuisine is like being welcomed into a warm neighborhood gathering where laughter hums softly alongside the clinking of glasses. Nestled along the bustling stretch of W Tropicana Ave, this intimate spot offers a cozy yet lively refuge from the pace of Las Vegas, where the hum of conversation blends with the inviting aromas wafting from the open kitchen.

The space itself feels comfortably close-knit, with tables packed in a way that echoes the charm of a family-run spot where everyone might just know your name. It’s a place where the service strikes a thoughtful balance—attentive without hovering—inviting you to settle in without feeling rushed, making it perfect for those who savor food as a pause, not a race.

Here, the menu unfolds like a personal story told through classic Italian dishes, where vibrant eggplant meets tender meatballs, and seafood arrives with a lively garlicky tang. Generous portions invite sharing, sparking conversation over plates of rich rigatoni or golden fried calamari. Whether craving the heartier embrace of a meat lover’s pizza or the fresh simplicity of a Caprese salad, the experience feels like a celebration of everyday Italian favorites, grounded in generous flavors and honest preparations.

The cocktail bar adds a spirited note, offering thoughtful drinks that pair easily with both small plates and hearty entrees, while the occasional chocolate mousse cake whispers a comforting sweetness to close the meal. Despite its modest size, Anna Marie’s holds an atmosphere of genuine hospitality, where the buzz of shared enjoyment feels effortless and warmly familiar.

For locals and visitors alike, it’s a destination that encourages a slower rhythm—a spot to settle into good food, easy conversation, and the gentle pulse of a community coming together just as they have for generations.

First time here. Got a table in Angela’s section. We lucked out. Great lady from Long Island and a family member of the restaurant. She had great recommendations and they were spot on. Portions are huge so think about splitting an entree. That will leave room for the delicious desserts! Great welcoming atmosphere. Glad we stopped in.

Haven’t eaten here yet, but just ordered the Grandmas Pie on Postmates and it was a very delicious pizza. Will dine in next time.

Great Italian food, and the location was so easy to find. Waitress was very attentive, and the food was great. The meal was on the pricier side but not ridiculous. The only thing I was not a fan of was the size of the restaurant, little cramped, and no reservation for parties less than 6. We will definitely go back.

Today, we visited this restaurant. In our search for places with good ravioli, we decided to try a new Italian spot. Overall, it was a good experience, but the very thing we were most looking forward to was a bit disappointing. The staff's attention was excellent, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The restaurant is a little small, but that didn't negatively impact the experience. The timing and service were all five-star. My only problem was with the ravioli. Seriously, five ravioli? A giant plate with five tiny ravioli in the center with some sauce and cheese is not what I expected. I've had ravioli in several places and that might work as an appetizer, but it's not acceptable as a main course. It's a shame because everything else was perfect. The pasta was al dente, the texture and flavor of the filling were perfect, and the sauce was delicious. But the quantity was unacceptable. We're talking about pasta and cheese, not meats or other expensive ingredients. Five ravioli just feels like pure stinginess and nothing more. Other than that, the lasagna was very flavorful, and the salad my husband and I shared was okay. The bread they gave us was also delicious. As a first experience, the issue with the quantity was unfortunate. We might have given it another chance, but in Las Vegas, there are places with better pasta and better prices. Still, we wish the restaurant and its staff much success.

The food was great for a local Italian restaurant. It was very enjoyable and reasonably priced. The ricotta cheesecake wasn't overly sweet and was perfect. The zucchini fries I would skip next time. Service from the bartender was quick and efficient although she was quite loud and kept interrupting at the oddest times. Usually, a patron would waive to the bartender to get their attention but she kept barging in. Even while eating or resting between bites she would ask to take my plate away. Lastly, the attire of the bartender- a faded grey gym tshirt and faded baggy jogging pants- wasn't as professional or befitting of the atmosphere of such a nice establishment. It looked as if she rolled out of bed. Either way I enjoyed my experience and would recommend to a friend.

We had a wonderful experience celebrating my grandpa’s 96th birthday here. Angela, our server, went above and beyond to make our family feel welcomed and taken care of—she was kind, attentive, and genuinely made the night special. The food was excellent, especially the mussels, which were absolutely delicious. Thank you to Angela and the whole team for helping us create such a memorable celebration. Highly recommend!
